This Privacy Policy explains how Taxos (the platform, the website, and related services) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. It applies to visitors of our website, evaluators of our platform, and end users of tenant accounts.
We process the minimum data needed to operate the service: account information you provide, tenant configuration data, content you upload (documents, messages, case data), and operational telemetry needed to keep the platform reliable and secure.
We use data to operate the service, secure the platform, support our customers, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Customer content is processed only to deliver the service that customers have configured.
Customer data is logically isolated by tenant. Application access is permission-controlled, and our staff access is restricted to authorized roles, audited, and used only for support, security, or operational purposes.
We retain data while a tenant account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and statutory obligations. Customers can request export and deletion of their data within applicable limits.
We use a small set of trusted infrastructure and communication sub-processors (cloud hosting, document storage, email, WhatsApp). A current list is available on request.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Tenant administrators are responsible for end-user requests within their workspace.
